Sew Mariana Shop offers digital sewing patterns, tutorials, guides, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products ("Digital Products").

All Digital Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product description.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased Digital Products through download links, account access, email delivery, or other electronic means.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure they can receive electronic communications and downloads.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the customer.

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available for digital products solely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wishes to use the product after delivery has begun.

4. European Union Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you would ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days.

The digital products sold by Sew Mariana Shop are delivered automatically and immediately after payment is successfully completed. By placing an order, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that delivery will begin immediately upon payment.

You further acknowledge and agree that, once the digital product has been delivered by email, made available for download, or otherwise provided electronically, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal and cancellation.

Accordingly, all purchases of digital products from Sew Mariana Shop are final and non-refundable once delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Because sewing results may vary depending on experience, equipment, materials, and individual techniques, we cannot guarantee identical results for every customer.

You may not:

  • Upload Digital Products to file-sharing websites or public repositories;
  • Claim the Digital Products as your own work;
