Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sew Mariana, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, exchanges, and digital products.

Digital Products

Digital products, including PDF sewing patterns, downloadable tutorials, and other electronic content, are subject to our separate Digital Products & Refund Policy.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and immediately after purchase, different refund and cancellation rules apply.

Please review our Digital Products & Refund Policy before purchasing any digital product.

Physical Products

Physical products are currently shipped only within the United States.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@sewmariana.com.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact hello@sewmariana.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been received and processing has begun.
