Shipping policy

DIGITAL GOODS:  Digital Patterns are available immediately after checkout on the checkout screen.

Pattern file(s) can be downloaded by either selecting the "download" button that appears on the checkout screen after your order has been processed or select the download link(s) that is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes.

PHYSICAL GOODS: Shipping is calculated at checkout. All non digital items are only shipped to the USA. International Shipping is not available at this time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Printed Patterns ship First Class USPS. All other items ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS which provide a tracking number.
